Private support

Email contactdev@onyxhawk.net for app help, private bug reports, and privacy questions. Describe what happened and what you expected. Include your app version and Android version if useful.

Do not send passwords, sign-in links, or sensitive health information. Review any optional troubleshooting export before sharing it.

Privacy and deletion

Request account or data deletion. Our instructions explain how to request removal of a Fider account, public contributions, or previously delivered analytics.

Read the privacy policy. To stop optional usage sharing, use Profile > Privacy & referrals. Disabling sharing does not automatically erase previously delivered events.

Feedback & ideas

Visit the public feedback board to suggest improvements. Anyone can read it without signing in. Signing in by email is needed to participate. Posts and comments can be public; email us for private matters.

Availability

Android closed testing is in preparation. There is no public store download yet. Apple support is planned. Basic app use does not require an account; app accounts and paid subscriptions are not available in the current closed-test build. Cloud voices depend on access availability.
